NAI represented Orion Residential in the $238.9 million purchase of the Carefree Senior Living portfolio in Las Vegas, Nevada. The largest multifamily sale ever in Nevada, the transaction included nine active senior communities with 2,217 units and 1.6 million square feet. |

NAI was retained to sell this 828-unit portfolio located in Florida. After reviewing the four properties, NAI recognized the potential advantage of breaking up the portfolio to achieve higher values. After consulting with the seller, Chad Nic Properties, LLC, the properties were separated and offers were fielded from multiple buyers resulting in an aggregate sale price of $39 million. |
