William Montana specializes exclusively in the development of acquisition and disposition strategies for investors of multifamily properties. His depth of specialization and market knowledge allows him to provide a highly efficient and effective process ultimately leading to certainty of execution, maximized returns and wealth preservation.
William has sold and analyzed multifamily properties since he began his career at Grubb and Ellis Company in 1990. In 1996, he started the Multifamily Investment Division at Draper and Kramer, Inc., where he sold and analyzed over $1 billion in apartments. In March of 2000, he opened the Chicago office of Hendricks & Partners and subsequently joined NAI Hiffman in June of 2008.
In his tenure, William has sold over 25,000 apartments throughout the Midwest. In 2007 William completed the largest, single sale of a garden-style apartment community in suburban Chicago with the sale of Park Place Apartments in Hoffman Estates, Illinois for $66,000,000.
