Sanjay's background in client relations began when he started working as a Land Development consultant for the City of Tracy and other cities in the State of California. His main duties were to review design drawings submitted to the cities by private developers of residential and commercial developments. He then moved to Jacksonville, FL and worked with a few of the local civil engineering companies and interacted on a daily basis with local and regional permitting agencies to see the permitting process through from start to finish.
Sanjay joined Coldwell Banker Commercial as one of their investment advisors and has worked the multifamily sector for the past one and half years. He has a good understanding of the local multifamily maket dynamics and has developed good relationships with both in-state and out-of-state owners of multifamily properties.
Sanjay's top most priority is to bring value to his client through his market knowledge, property underwriting skills and his eagrenss to provide the highest level of service to the client.
